Changes in this version

The Update Handicaps function has been merged into Calculate results.
A new handicap parameter called Yardstick Exclude allows boats which have performed below a specified percentage of their handicap to be excluded from the calculation of the Yardstick.
If the NewBoat parameter is used then a boat is excluded from the yardstick calculation until it has completed the required number of races.
An option has been included under System Options to show each boat's perfomance percentage in the results. The performance percentage is an indicator of how a boat has performed against the fleet yardstick and is calculated as (Yardstick - corrected time) / yardstick

When you copy races using the Race Maintenance facility you can now include the competitions. This can help in setting up fleets at the beginning of the season.

When you are not using Finishing Times you will no longer be required to enter a Start Time.
A check on the status of a race is carried out before the results are printed to avoid a fleet being missed.
The system now handles multi-fleet processing for regattas where the fleet is split due to large numbers of entries.
The Date and DayNoof a Race can now be changed up until the time that the race is processed. Previously it was necessary to delete and reenter the race.
